Due to schedule availability, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment is required for all new patients & clients at the time of booking. The deposit will contribute to your balance or stay as a credit on your account to be applied to future appointments and services. All major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards, are accepted.

At this time, we CANNOT ACCEPT MEDICARE PATIENTS, even if you plan to pay cash out of pocket for services. We are not registered with Medicare, therefore cannot provide covered or non-covered services as a non-participating provider. We cannot accept you as a patient.

Weight Loss Coaching (Telehealth)
Weight loss consultation & coaching provided via telehealth. From the comfort of your home or office, consult one on one with your provider who will evaluate your weight loss goals and, together, formulate a sustainable weight loss plan that includes dietary and exercise recommendations and provides monthly virtual check-ins.
