1. All services and locations are listed on the scheduling page, so PLEASE BE MINDFUL of type of service and location while booking. Functional Medicine (telehealth) vs. Chiropractic & Manual Therapies (in office & hands on at Danvers or Charlestown).

2. Pre-payment is required at the time of booking, and new patient appointments are non-refundable due to schedule availability. All major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards, are accepted.

3. At this time, we CANNOT ACCEPT MEDICARE PATIENTS, even if you plan to pay cash out of pocket for services. We are not registered with Medicare, therefore cannot provide superbills for covered or non-covered services as a non-participating provider. We cannot accept you as a patient.

4. Active Recovery Boston patients transitioning to Essex Integrative Health: you do NOT need to book a New Patient Appointment, Follow-up Appointments are preferred. Intake forms will still need to be completed prior to care.
